I love Zelda games, too. I just can’t stand the weapon durability system in BoTW. Everything breaks in 5 min of use. It drives me up the wall. I’ve played and enjoyed plenty of games with a durability mechanic, but BoTW crosses the line into just being annoying. I’ve been tempted to download the emulator version with mods to turn off durability. I’d probably actually get through the game if I did. This is a fair criticism, but I also never really found myself short on weapons. You can carry so many by the end of the game.

 I'm sitting there waiting in the back of my truck when one of my friends pull up.
